Sloan’s Lake: Peak Rehabilitation is not on this provider panel. HOWEVER, many auto carriers prefer our work and will allow patients to be treated in our clinics as we accept Sloan’s repricing. The procedure for this is to call the patient’s insurance carrier, let them know that we accept in-network repricing and then the decision to authorize will be given at that time.
